This document establishes and regulates the rules for using the website https://hotelsibarys.es (hereinafter referred to as the "site"), including all pages and content owned by Kebira Soluciones Integrales, S.L.U, accessed through the domain and its subdomains, as well as the general conditions of contracting for sales from our online store.
The use of the site attributes the condition of a user and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this text. The user agrees to read it carefully each time they intend to use the site, as it may undergo modifications without prior notice. Users may always review the texts.
The use of our online store, whether as a visitor or a registered member, and/or following all the steps necessary to purchase services through it, implies full and unconditional adherence by the user to each and every general condition published on the website.
These Conditions will apply from the beginning of the online purchase procedure until the receipt of the shipment, as well as the end of the withdrawal and legally established guarantee periods, as appropriate.

- Reservations and Liability.
Through the portal, consumers or users can make reservations. Our services are categorized, displaying available information on characteristics and prices, along with descriptive photographs. Before making a reservation, the user must verify and assess its suitability. Additionally, users must be at least 18 years old, provide the necessary information, and accept these Conditions.
Completing the reservation form does not imply automatic acceptance of the request; we will confirm acceptance via email.
- Reservation Procedure:
The client must follow on-screen instructions, filling in the required fields until the desired room and date are displayed. The reservation can be viewed or deleted. Users can change dates, stay duration, room type, currency, or language.
The website will guide users with notices, such as minimum stay requirements.
To continue with the reservation, select the room or apartment and click "CONFIRMATION." Additional complementary services may be added.
Subsequently, the user must enter personal data and credit card details. To complete the reservation process, they must accept the Legal Notice and Conditions, along with specific terms related to the selected reservation format (highlighted in a dropdown), and click "CONFIRM," which entails an obligation to pay.
If help pages are available, they will provide extra information about the reservation process. No prior registration is required.
Once a reservation is formalized, and payment is received and verified, we will confirm acceptance via email within 24 hours. No charges will be made to the credit card, with full payment due at check-in.
The establishment will charge 100% of the first night in case of no-show or late cancellation.
The contract ends when the user leaves the hotel. Reservation guarantees and data will be retained for legal and/or commercial purposes if consented to.

- Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Validity.
This Legal Notice and General Terms of Contracting are established in Spanish and governed by Spanish law.
As a consumer, you are protected and may file claims from your place of residence.
Both parties submit to the courts of Las Rozas de Madrid (Spain) in the following cases:
- The buyer resides outside the European Union, and no bilateral or multilateral agreement prevents explicit jurisdiction submission;
- If the purchase is made by a company acting within its business or professional activity.
Online Dispute Resolution.
Under Regulation EU 524/2013 on consumer dispute resolution (ODR - Online Dispute Resolution), consumers have access to a procedure for resolving disputes arising from online sales in the EU.
